Who are you here for?

Two ways in. Choose the one closest to your situation.

When it is 3:00 AM and your mind will not rest.

You are a person,
not a chart.

Care here starts with listening. Your plan is built around your history, your goals and your life, and it is explained clearly, so you can take part in every decision.

  1. 01

    Personalized

Your plan is built around your history, your goals and your life, never a template.

  2. 02

    Evidence-based

Treatment choices rest on current clinical evidence and are explained clearly.

  3. 03

    Warm & judgment-free

You can speak openly. Nothing you bring is too small or too much.

  4. 04

    Long-term wellness

The aim is lasting stability and better day-to-day functioning, not a quick fix.

II. The long nights

What you are going through has a name

You might be here because something has been weighing on you for a while. Here is what we treat, and how we would begin.

  1. A woman holding a smiling mask in front of a worried face
    i.

    Stress & anxiety

Worry arrives before you do: in meetings, at night, on the drive home. Smiling through it gets tiring.

Evaluation, medication when appropriate, and solution-focused counseling.

  2. Close-up of a woman resting her face in her hand, eyes closed
    ii.

    Depression & mood

Your mood has been heavier for longer than a few weeks, and even small things take effort.

Evidence-based treatment and regular follow-ups, at a pace that respects you.

  3. A teenager and a parent talking on a couch
    iii.

    ADHD, teens & adults

Focus slips away, and staying organized takes more than it should, at school, at work, at home.

Diagnostic evaluations, medication when appropriate, behavioral strategies and coping skills.

  4. A man with his head in his hands, a woman beside him
    iv.

    Bipolar disorder

Highs and lows are shaping your life, your work and your relationships more than you would like.

Long-term management focused on stability and careful medication monitoring.

  5. Two women in a calm conversation on a light sofa
    v.

    Substance use

You are ready to change your relationship with alcohol or other substances, without being judged.

Non-judgmental SUD treatment: recovery, relapse prevention and stability.

  6. A woman sitting by a bright window, lost in thought
    vi.

    Life transitions

A move, a loss, a new role: life is changing, and you would like support through it.

Supportive counseling, and a plan that grows with you.

Whatever brought you here, you don't need the right words yet. We'll find them together.

Take a breath.

Reaching out is the first step. The rest, we take together.
